How long does it take for my order to be ready

We thank you for your patience while your item is handmade by us, orders take 3 - 5 business Additionally, processing times does not including shipping time.

How long will the shipping take? 

Due to the events regarding COVID-19, our postal agencies are experiencing higher than normal volume at this time. These delays are worldwide with shipping times extending up to as long as 2 weeks.

Tracking may not show exact movement but this does not mean your packages are not on their way, we have seen packages delivered at times before the tracking system updates movements.

I have not received my package, what should I do?All delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the customer and the postal agency. If during shipment your package is delayed, lost, or damaged due to bad weather, any other natural disaster, any unpleasant or unpredictable circumstances, we will not be held liable and unfortunately cannot issue a replacement. We will not compensate for any loss or damages caused by delays or any mishandling of your package by the postal service/carrier or otherwise as we do our best to carefully package and ship orders out in a timely manner. 

Please understand that it is not in our hands after we have handed over to the postal carrier, and we cannot guarantee that your package will be fully intact upon delivery. If you do receive a damaged package, please contact your postal office and file a claim.

In the event that an item is returned to us as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for re-shipment. Please ensure that your mailing address is correct before placing your order as we will only send your package to the address you provide as the shipping address when you placed the order.
